Next week is Thanksgiving! Just another random idea: I was wondering how many calories do we consumed on the pig out day like Thanksgiving........Answer: Shit ton! Like myself, Thanksgiving meals is beyond anybody imagination...... big breakfast, madly big lunch, and monster big dinner. Well, just googled up some information on Thanksgiving itself...... We all eat the 3700 - 4200 calories during the entire day.
Like I mentioned earlier, It's not so much that the Thanksgiving dinner kills you, but many wake up in the morning and also have a huge breakfast. So between the big breakfast and Thanksgiving dinner PLUS dessert, your at over 4,000 calories.
Now we all know the break down of it.....Let head to the gym to burn them out........

Thanksgiving is approaching, sooner than you think Christmas and New Year will be here. Wow! My life in the burg has passing me by so fast. When I was back in Los Angeles it seemed to me that time has stopped, may be it's because of all the fun that I had and someone that I've met. Oh yes, I met someone really special when I was in LA........Ha ha ha. It's still really early to tell what will happen with us but right now I am in a really happy place in my life...Oh well, I will keep you all update on that...

Yesterday was a really awesome day, actually, it's a freaking awesome day! Eat, relax, eat, shop (did not buy anything tho), and eat. Isn't that sound so freaking awesome! I have not had any day like this for so long (like 8 months). Try working everyday for ages then yesterday was like a I'm in a heaven kinda day! Snap some pictures yesterday so.......So long people!
